Gai

Gai has worked for over 17 years as a real estate agent in the Okanagan. Previously she worked at the Chamber of Commerce. Gai gained extensive knowledge of the real estate business by working alongside a developer building local subdivisions. In 1993 she began applying her knowledge and extensive skills in communication, service delivery, and sales to her career as a real estate sales professional. It's the experience!!

Community

We strongly believe in supporting our community. We donate a portion of our proceeds from every commission earned to the Children’s Miracle Network. The hallmark of Children’s Miracle Network is that 100% of every dollar raised stays in the community to help children in need.

We have further served the community by opening our home for the annual Westside Holidaze tour (2004). The tour raises money for the local food bank. Westside Holidaze worked with a professional decorator to create a Victorian Era theme in our home. One of eight homes on the tour, the event was a great success as record numbers took part in this festive activity.
